The pre-war tenement house captivates with high windows, high ceilings and delectable pubs on the ground floor in the next cage. Plac Unii Lubelskiej is a good place both for a romantic dinner in nearby restaurants, as well as an ideal place for shopping in the newly created shopping center Plac Unii. An atmospheric family cafe is located in the same building as the apartment. There, you can even have a coffee and cake. This is not the end, there is also a theater in the tenement house, where you can choose our devoted friend Albert. 50 meters from the house is a supermarket, and at least four nearby. There is a tram stop just below the house. Walking down Bagatela, you will soon reach Łazienki Park, where, as you know, there are plenty of picturesque views, ponds, palaces and charming nature. Flora, despite its charm, does not eclipse the splendor of the fauna - it is a place where we can see peacocks next to squirrels. In close proximity to the house there are restaurants, clubs, theaters, cafes, banks, gyms, squares, a music store and many more. A 5-minute tram ride from the house is the Centrum metro station.

In addition to the dream location, the apartment itself deserves attention. It is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor with high (as previously mentioned) windows and ceilings. Two large bedrooms, hall, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and toilet. The beds are comfortable and large. At the spacious desk you can work, and from the window a pleasant view of the greenery of the inner courtyard. The bathroom has a huge mirror (which can not be seen in the pictures), a modern kitchen fully equipped (fridge, covers, microwave, kettle, washer dryer, dishwasher, sink).

The apartment is located in a calm and safe neighborhood of a well-closed Plac Unii Lubelskiej. Just around the corner you will find a theater, a huge amount of supermarkets, no less restaurants, cafes and more!

Close to everything: tram at the gate, buses depending on the route 3-6 minutes from the house, metro 8 minutes walk.
I recommend using jakdojade.pl - it is a very useful platform (both application and website) for finding directions in several major Polish cities - it has Polish and English language versions.
